Tsunami on the paradise island

The author tells the story of his escape from the terrible tidal wave. He flees, chased by a machine that chops everything on its way which lives behind hundreds, thousands of lifeless bodies.

Then, inside the jungle of the island he starts to search for food and water to help his staff and for his own survival.

In his refuge, on the highest spot of the island for thirteen long days with his friend-cook, they eat roots, bananas, rice and some eggs and thanks to some cellular phones, they try to help all those people looking desperately for their loved ones.

But why had he decided to live there,
why had he changed all his life
to live in this paradise?

An archipelago formed by six islands without any cars and motorbikes with an ideal tropical climate, inhabited by simple and friendly people, an uncontaminated place apparently without any danger.

  Only a sudden force of nature was able to destroy
everything that he has built.

The author tells his story
in every detail,
this story is pure reality.

It makes you feel involved, makes you dream
about those tropical places but then,
suddenly, takes you straight into the tragedy,
especially when he tells the story of others
who lost their parents a future wife, a child.

   A mistake
made by a small travel agency will brings the author
to a place where maybe he would never have gone,
then he falls in love with this place
this site that changes radically
his way of thinking and then also his way of life.

One day everybody could experience to be a survivor.
I am one of them.
I am a survivor of the Tsunami.

Everything happens during a beautiful day in a tropical paradise called Phi Phi Island in magnificent Thailand.

Just try to imagine being invested all of a sudden by a sequence of powerful and destructive waves which steal away from you everything: the people that you love, your friends that you play with, the place where you work and even the pictures and memories of your life.

You remain “naked”, everything is swept away by the water,everything that you have built during years and years of sacrifices step by step with your hard work.

My experience is here inside this book. I have collected for you
a series of important testimonials which show you, in every aspect how dramatic this event has been.

We, the survivors will never forget those moments. We have seen everything that’s inside a catastrophe and some of us have a deep wound inside our heartthat can never be healed.

But this narration is not only a tragic story because my life until that day, has been beautiful. Almost perfect.

I have also included all the beautiful moments that I have lived
because life, despite all, must go on with the hope that something beautiful will happen again.
